Do you want to make sure - really sure - that you're getting the best deal on your Jupiter Beach Resort room rate? No problem. Just book direct with Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa and we will guarantee that:

You will not find a qualifying lower publicly available room rate for Jupiter Beach Resort for the room of your choice on the dates you selected - anywhere else. We guarantee the best possible rate.

Simply make your reservation through our on-line reservation system at www.jupiterbeachresort.com or by calling our Reservations Department at 1-800-228-8810. Then, we will give you the next 24 hours to look for a better rate. Look anywhere – on the Internet, with your travel agent or even check back with us. If, within those 24 hours, you find a lower rate for the same room type on the same dates, just provide proof to us 24 hours prior to check-in and we will honor the rate you found AND give you an additional 10% off that lower rate, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

How it works:

1. Make a reservation through our on-line reservation system at www.jupiterbeachresort.com or through our Reservations Department at 1-800-228-8810
2. If you find a lower rate for the same room type over the same dates, contact our Reservations Department to register a claim. This claim must be receive within 24 hours of your initial reservation and no later than 24 hours before your check-in time.
3. If your claim qualifies, we will adjust your room rate to reflect that rate and give you an additional 10% discount, subject to the terms & conditions listed below.
   

Terms & Conditions

1. One reservation must be through any Jupiter Beach Resort reservations channel (website or Reservations Department). The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
1. Rates that are not publicly available such as negotiated corporate or group rates
2. Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria including CAA/AAA members, seniors, and government employees.
3. Package rates that include room and other components.
4. Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
5. Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
6. Rates that are available on auction websites.
7. Rates available on websites such as Priceline and Hotwire, which do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
8. Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates).
   

2. The Jupiter Beach Resort rate and comparison rate must be found and a claim registered with our Reservations Department within 24 hours and must be for the same room type and reservation dates. The same deposit and cancellation policies must apply.
   

3. The Jupiter Beach Resort Reservations Department will verify the comparison rate within 24 hours of receiving the claim and notify you of the results. Because the claim must be processed before check-in, all claims must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
   

4. The comparison rate must be available to the general public and verifiable by Jupiter Beach Resort. If the comparison rate is offered through the Jupiter Beach Resort channel, you must reserve that rate to qualify for the guarantee. If the comparison rate is reserved through a non-Jupiter Beach Resort channel, Jupiter Beach Resort is not responsible for any fees incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.
   

5. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the comparison rate must still be available at the time Jupiter Beach validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributed to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
   

6. If the claim covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night individually.
   

7. Void where prohibited by law.  Jupiter Beach Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
