Renovation FAQ

You can check back to this page which we will keep updated with new information as our resort enhancement project progresses.
 

Q: Will my guest room or suite be affected?

A: The rooms and suites will be undergoing a complete renovation in phases between September 1 – December 1. Our team is actively working on adjusting the affected reservations and placing them in an alternate room type. If you stay during this time, we cannot guarantee you will stay in a renovated room, and some construction noise may be possible from 7am – 4pm.

December 1 - March 1
A second phase of room types will be renovated from December 1 - March 1. We will update this page with more information as we approach this second phase.
 

Q: Will Sinclairs and Sinclairs Lounge be affected?

A: Sinclairs and Sinclairs Lounge is currently undergoing some updates, however it remains open.
 

Q: Will the Sandbar be affected?

A: No
 

Q: Will the pool and beach areas be affected?

A: No
 

Q: Will the fitness center, tennis court, or gift shop be closed?

A: No
 

Q: Will the lobby and corridors be affected?

A: We do not have plans to renovate our lobby or public corridor areas at this time.

Q:  WILL THE SPA BE  AFFECTED?
A: Yes, the spa is currently closed for renovations.
 

Q: Will room service still be available?

A: Yes
 

Q: Will valet parking still be available?

A: Yes
