How can I make a reservation?
To reserve an appointment at our Palm Beach spa, please contact us directly at 561.745.7177. Please note that guests must be at least 16 years old to enjoy our spa treatments; however, we do offer several services for children in our Salon. Children receiving salon treatments must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our Spa Coordinators will assist you in planning the perfect spa experience. Please feel free to ask them any questions you may have about our treatments or spa products.
What if I have special health considerations?
Specific treatment considerations and adjustments may need to be made for our guests with certain medical conditions. Please notify our Spa Coordinator of any health concerns/conditions before booking your treatment. If you experience discomfort at any time during your service, please alert your therapist immediately.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. It is strongly suggested that you receive clearance from your physician prior to receiving any service. Treatments will not be offered to those in their first trimester. Please notify our Spa Coordinators if you are pregnant when you book your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. This will allow you to time to change, shower, enjoy our steam room or just relax in our quiet room.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Full value of your service will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least six hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for your treatment(s).
What about payment for Spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and travelers checks. You may also charge spa services to your room. For your convenience, payment is accepted prior to your treatments.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is most comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Spa robes and slippers are provided in the men's and women's locker rooms.
What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should delight in your spa experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomfort or personal preferences. For the comfort of all our guests, we request that cell phones and pagers be turned off while in The Spa.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying at our Palm Beach spa resort, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. The Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, please be sure to do so at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
